The bathrooms could use a renovation. they had some mold issues and unpleasant smells. Noise from neighboring guests occasionally disrupted the tranquility.

absolutely charming decor, but the breakfast options were so unclear, it took forever to figure anything out. also, the noise from outside was luod and annoying. one would think a hotel would offer welcome amenities, but i guess that’s too much to ask. i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

I traveled with my whole family and we loved the relaxing vibe of the riad. The kids enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and we appreciated the thorough cleaning throughout our stay. We even found the location perfect for exploring the charming Medina easily.

My wife says that adding more family-friendly activities would be fantastic.

It was a strong match for a quick layover in Fes with good price-value balance. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Zakaria, who made me feel at home right away. Bring your own toiletries because there’s only a bar soap and shower gel provided.

We had a fantastic stay! The delightful design of the place, especially the rooftop, combined with the attentiveness of the staff made our experience truly memorable. Youssef and Anas were particularly accommodating, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. While the breakfast was varied and enjoyable, I wish there were more options available early in the morning.

staying at riad al makan fes & spa was an unforgettable experience. the terrace was breathtaking, and the personnel were so attentive, making sure we felt at home. the air conditioning was quiet but kept the room warm and cozy. also, breakfast included delicious omelets, which was a wonderful surprise.

We had a lovely three-night stay in the annex, where the breakfast area was delightful and the beds cozy. However, I wished the bathroom lighting was better. I'd definitely choose this place again!
